Quiet Hours & Checkout
Outdoor music is strictly not allowed after 9:00 PM. Late checkout is subject to availability and charged at ₹2,000 per hour.

Pool Safety
The pool is strictly open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is 4 ft deep. Food and drinks are not allowed in or around the pool. Diving and jumping are strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised by an adult. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Power Backup
Village-wide electricity outages are beyond the property's control. Inverter backup is available for approximately 4 hours during an outage.

Cancellation Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of natural calamities, road blockages, landslides or political activity affecting travel.

Care for the Villa
The refundable deposit is returned after checkout inspection, subject to no damage or loss. Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or amenities will be charged extra to the guest on top of the deposit. Please follow caretaker guidance and use all facilities responsibly.
